Return and Refund Policy
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return Contact us at myblender1@hotmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return address, a prepaid shipping label, and all necessary instructions. Any package returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at myblender1@hotmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care and hygiene products, as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. Please reach out if you have any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
