Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Seller Information The MyBlenderPocket store is operated by a sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) registered in France. For any inquiries: myblender1@hotmail.com

Article 2 — Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of digital products made on the MyBlenderPocket store. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Article 3 — Products The products offered are digital goods (downloadable files, digital content, etc.). The essential characteristics of each product are described on the corresponding product page. The seller reserves the right to modify the product catalog at any time.

Article 4 — Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes. As a sole trader benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code), no VAT is charged — "VAT not applicable." The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 5 — Orders & Payment An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available at the time of purchase.

Article 6 — Delivery of Digital Products Digital products are made available to the customer immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link sent by email or accessible from the customer account. The customer is responsible for saving and storing the downloaded files.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the customer's prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital content has started.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property All digital products sold on MyBlenderPocket are protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 — Liability The seller shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of a purchased digital product. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the product with their equipment before purchasing.

Article 10 — Personal Data Personal data collected during the order process is used solely for order fulfillment purposes. In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting: myblender1@hotmail.com

Article 11 — Disputes & Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
